26 June 2005 - No additional work has taken place in relation to the wall. It shows a fairly large brown mark on one side of the pipe and a dark strip to a height of c. one metre on the other side	28 June 2005 - The thick pipe and wall behind it can now be seen clearly. The stains are plaster or cement in the process of drying up
3 July 2005 - Nearly one week after placing the wooden casing, some cement was placed to create the step. No work has taken place on the wall	3 July 2005 - Aside from the step, no other work has taken place in the area in front of my windows
24 September 2005 - The exterior of my windows has not been cleaned since before the start of the works more than one year ago.	24 September 2005 - Note also that no further work has taken on the wall. It is now one year and one month since the works were started. There is rubbish on the ground
