3 October 2005 - A close up of the underlay, showing tears revealing the step underneath. It also shows that, since the underlay was placed, the plinth has been painted as the underlay has paint marks	9 October 2005 - Now more than THREE WEEKS since the underlay has been placed on the steps. There has been no progress since. It can be seen that the underlay has seriously detoriated at the edge of all the steps, making it a serious health and safety hazard
9 October 2005 - The underlay at the top of the stairs is coming apart in pieces. To add to the health and safety hazard, pieces of carpet and other detritus have been left lying around at the top of the steps	19 February 2006 - Carpet has finally been placed on the steps... but the cardboard still remains over the flooring in the main entrance. As the works were started at the end of August 2004, it has taken ONE YEAR AND SEVEN MONTHS to get to this stage
